This experience is what we’re preparing to offer in Kunigiškiai — just a few steps from the seaside, where we plan to open five new “Marios ir Jūra” apartments (3 on the second floor and 2 on the third). Rentals are planned to start in the summer of 2026 — each apartment will be modernly furnished, featuring a comfortable sleeping area, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony for relaxation.
