ABOUT APARTMENTS
Marios ir Jūra apartments are located in Svencelė, by the Curonian Lagoon. There are two neighboring houses, each with three apartments — the Nendrės House and the Smilgos House.
Each house has two apartments on the ground floor and one apartment on the second floor. The ground-floor apartments, which we call Comfortable Four-Bed Apartments, have terraces with outdoor furniture, while the second-floor Luxury Four-Bed Apartments feature a terrace-balcony with outdoor seating.
All new apartments include a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with a flat-screen TV. Each apartment also has a dedicated workspace and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room features a sofa bed suitable for sleeping.
ABOUT SVENCELĖ
Svencelė is an old coastal village mentioned in written sources as early as 1509. Since 2004, a kitesurfing center has been operating on the grounds of a former duck farm — this sport is exactly what the village has become known for in the modern era. Thanks to the favorable water level of the Curonian Lagoon, the climate, and excellent infrastructure, kitesurfing enthusiasts gather here in large numbers during the warm season.
Since 2018, a canal network has been developed here, featuring residential islands with marinas and a private harbor. The village is continuously growing, with new residential and holiday homes being built and infrastructure being improved to welcome various groups of visitors.

A cozy bar located next to the kitesurfing school offers hearty breakfasts with family or drinks with friends, all with a wonderful view of the Curonian Lagoon — and it’s just a few hundred meters from the apartments.
Svencelė Port
Opened on July 1, 2022, the port has become the true heart of the Svencelė community. It offers around 80 spacious berths designed for both small boats and vessels up to 15 meters in length. In the port, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable docking and stay.
Water Taxi
During the summer season, we offer ferry services from the Svencelė port. The 10-seat boat is perfect for quickly reaching your desired destination. At the moment, we do not have a fixed schedule, as we aim to adapt to the needs of local residents and guests. From the Svencelė port, you can reach Juodkrantė.
SEA RAY boat rental
