Marios ir Jūra apartments are located in Svencelė near the Curonian Lagoon. There are two neighbouring houses, each of which has three apartments – Nendrė house and Smilga house.

The houses of Nendrė and Smilga each have two apartments on the first floor and one apartment on the second floor. Ground floor apartments, which we call Comfort Quadruple Apartments, has terraces on the ground with the outdoor furniture, and the second floor – Deluxe Quadruple Apartments – has a terrace-balcony with the outdoor furniture in it as well. Each brand new apartment has a separate bedroom, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with a flat-screen TV. All apartments are equipped with a workplace and free wi-fi. There is a double bed in the bedroom and sofa-bed in the living room which is suitable for overnight stay.

Svencelė – an old Pomeranian village has been mentioned in written sources since 1509. Since 2004 a kite sports center operates on the territory of the former duck farm – it is this sport that this village is famous for in this century. Due to the favorable level of the Curonian Lagoon, climate and perfect infrastructure, kite enthusiasts gather here in large numbers in the warm season.

Since 2018, a network of canals has been created here with a settlement on the islands and piers near them, as well as a private port. The village is constantly being developed with the construction of new residential and holiday homes, the infrastructure is updated to accommodate various groups of vacationers.

“Svencele Dunes” port

July 1, 2022 The port that started operating became the true heart of the Svencelė settlement. The port has about 80 spacious moorings, which are intended for both the smallest boats and ships up to 15 meters in length. In the port you will find everything you need for an orderly mooring and stay.

Water taxi

During the summer season, we offer ferry services from the port of Svencelė. A 10-seater microbus-type boat will serve you well to quickly move to the desired port. You can reach Klaipėda, Smiltyne, Juodkrantė or Nida from Svencelė port.

Dreverna

Nearby, three kilometers away, just 15 minutes by bike or half an hour’s walk, there is a cozy fishing village of Dreverna and a port with a pier, paddleboards, boats are available for rent, and a sauna. Dreverna also has a restaurant and a bar.
